By downloading or using this fitness tracking app ("the App") developed by Lee Shaun ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a fitness tracking tool that allows you to log workouts, track progress, and scan workout plans. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions

• The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro Monthly" and "Pro Yearly") that unlock premium features including the Scan Workout feature.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

3. Free Features

Core features of the App — including workout logging, exercise tracking, templates, and progress analytics — are available at no cost and do not require a subscription.

4. Scan Workout Feature

The Scan Workout feature uses optical character recognition and AI to extract exercise information from photos. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing parsed workout data before saving.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all workout data you create in the App. Your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, App deletion, or other causes. We recommend keeping your device backed up.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the Scan feature

7. Health Disclaimer

This app is designed for fitness tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program or making health-related decisions. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue that may result from exercise programs or activities you track using the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
