Privacy Policy

Lee Shaun ("we," "our," or "us") built this fitness tracking app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores all of the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you use the Scan Workout feature described below.

• Workout sessions (exercises, sets, reps, weights, dates)
• Custom exercises you create
• Workout templates
• App preferences (theme, rest timer duration)

Camera and Photo Library

The Scan Workout feature allows you to photograph a workout plan. Photos are processed on your device using Apple's Vision framework for text recognition (OCR). Images are not stored or transmitted — only the extracted text is used.

Scan Workout — Text Processing

When you use the Scan Workout feature, the text extracted from your photo is sent to our server, which forwards it to Google's Gemini AI service to parse exercise information (names, sets, reps, weights). Only the OCR text is transmitted — no images, personal identifiers, or device information are included.

Subscription Data

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation or collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• We do not collect device identifiers or usage telemetry
• We do not access Apple Health or HealthKit data
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI (via our server) — processes OCR text from the Scan Workout feature only. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service.
• Apple StoreKit — handles subscription purchases. Apple's privacy policy governs transaction data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All workout data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual workouts, exercises, or templates within the App. To remove all data, uninstall the App from your device.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored locally using Apple's frameworks and protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). Network requests to our server use HTTPS encryption.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
